Each Lodge of Instruction will be preceded by a dinner at 6:30 P.M. and Grand Lodge will open promptly at 7:30 P.M. *The LOI on Saturday, September 26th in Holderness will begin with lunch at 12:00 Noon, Grand Lodge will open at 1:00 P.M., and close no later than 3:30 P.M.

A current Dues Card is required for admission to the Lodges of Instruction.

The Grand Master, Brother C. Wayne Libby, Jr., requests that all Officers of the Lodges in each District make a special effort to attend the Lodge of Instruction in their District. Attention is directed to the Grand Constitution, Article IV, Section 9 on Page 5 which states that, "It shall be the duty of the Masters and Wardens of Lodges in any District, whenever the Grand Master shall call a Lodge of Instruction to be held in said District, to attend the same."

The Grand Master also requests that the Worshipful Master make an earnest effort to see that all Brothers who were Raised to the Degree of Master Mason after September 1, 2008 are aware of the meeting, be told that it is a Communication that they are expected to attend, and that the program will be one of Masonic information and education that should be of interest to them.

All MASTER MASONS are welcome and are urged to attend.

6:00 -- 1) Introduce the Lodge prompter - no other ritual book will be open.  2) MM° full opening and do not pass the GMW.  3) If inspected degree is EA° or FC°: change, full opening, return.  4) MM° labor to refreshment.
6:30 -- Supper (no head tables). Please remember that RSVPs are requested by some Lodges.
7:15 -- 1) Return to labor.  2) DDGM reception.  3) Present properties for inspection (include proof of insurance covering non-stated meetings).  4) Pass gavel to DDGM.
Degree Inspection -- 1) Flag presentation.  2) If needed, change to inspection degree previously opened.  3) Present degree with one "stand-in candidate" for each section - DO NOT pause between sections.  4) Give thank you's & announcements.  5) Pass gavel to DDGM.
Closing -- By DDGM discretion.
